- Known vs assumed
- A demolition figure is known only if the source is written next to it. Copied from last job, guessed from a photo, or taken from chat is assumed — mark it, or do not send it. DemTools is built around this rule.
- Demolition take-off
- A measured estimate of mass, mix, and haul — not a photo album. RazeForce will not treat a picture as a size. Use DemTools on the plot; file the number in DemDesk.
- Method statement
- The written sequence: secure, isolate, abate if required, strip, temporary works, superstructure, substructure, crush, grade. ‘As discussed’ is not a method. RazeForce never writes charge or cut design into it.
- Collapse study
- What DemSim is: a study we run with you from drawings, a pin, and photos. Not a public Run button. Not blast design.
- Extra work / variation
- Work the pack did not include. Photo, size, and file it the same day or it is unpaid goodwill. DemDesk is where that file lives.
- Written isolation
- Proof that power, gas, water, telecom are made safe — in the job folder, not on a phone. No written isolation, no hammer.
- Invitation-only workspace
- RazeForce and DemDesk are not self-serve. WhatsApp or email the office. DemTools is the exception: free to try.
- Remote back-office
- A RazeForce service, not an app. Hours, extras, and the job folder filed without hiring a second office. Not a site supervisor.
- AI deployment (demolition)
- RazeForce sets up agents on intake, the day's plan, machine care, and the daily schedule from your records. Not a secret-industry chatbot. Not charge or cut design.
- We never design the charge or the cut
- Hard law. No product, study, game, or course on this site computes blasting quantities, burden, spacing, or cut geometry. Licensed people do that work elsewhere.
