What DemSim is

A collapse study we run with you. You send drawings, a site pin, and photos. We return known vs assumed, exclusion language, and vibration language that is advisory — for your method statement. Invitation-only. About five days when drawings are complete — indicative, pricing on request.

What it is not

• Not a public Run button.
• Not charge design.
• Not burden or spacing.
• Not a cut recipe.
• Not a certificate.
• Not the Training Shift on this site (that is optional teaching).

Known vs assumed in a study

• Known: geometry you measured or that sits on a drawing you hold.
• Assumed: hidden structure, soil, or connections nobody opened.
• A pretty collapse picture with no known/assumed split is not a study we will defend.
