Machines
Hours, care due, the right machine on the day's plan — RazeForce. Seat time is still a school.
Study notes. Not a certificate. Not a licence. Not NEBOSH, PESO, ISEE, or IDE. We never design the charge, spacing, or the cut. Site hours and statutory papers have no video substitute.
Machine families: excavators, high-reach, wheel loaders, skid steers, dozers, cranes, crushers, screens.
Name the carrier class for this structure. Brochure horsepower is not a plan.

Attachments: hydraulic breakers, pulverisers, concrete/steel shears, grapples, magnets, buckets, drum cutters.
Breaker, shear, pulveriser, grapple — matched to material and to the carrier flow and weight class.

Matching attachment to structure and to carrier — flow, pressure, weight class.
Over-weight attachment on a light carrier is a tip. Under-flow shear is a long day. Write both numbers.

Hydraulic systems: pumps, valves, circuits, accumulators; reading a hydraulic schematic.
Read the schematic far enough to know which circuit is live. Heat and contamination kill plant.

Stability: load charts, reach diagrams, tipping, ground bearing pressure, mat/crib design.
Load chart, reach, mats. Ground that held last week may not hold 80 t today.

High-reach demolition specifics — working height classes, structural awareness while dismantling, exclusion under boom.
Height class, wind, exclusion under the stick, and what you have already taken down.

Engines, drivetrains, undercarriages — wear, cost per hour.
Wear is money. Hours and idle from telematics beat a guess.

Maintenance and diagnostics; oil analysis; planned vs breakdown.
Planned care vs breakdown. Oil analysis is a sentence in the week, not a sticker.

Seat time. Actually operate machines. You will never manage operators well without it.
You will not manage operators well without hours in the seat. We do not issue a plant ticket.

Telematics and machine data — utilisation, idle time, fuel burn.
Utilisation, idle, fuel. The day's plan in RazeForce should match the hours the machine actually ran.

Cost-per-hour modelling per machine (feeds Block P).
Build it from your hours, fuel, wear, and finance — not a hire brochure.
