Course 02 — The day's plan
Which machine, whose hours, what is due. You read. The game is a different page. Not a plant ticket.
Study notes. Not a certificate. Not a licence. Not NEBOSH, PESO, ISEE, or IDE. We never design the charge, spacing, or the cut. Site hours and statutory papers have no video substitute.
Lesson 1 · 20 min
The machine is a written choice
Mini-ex vs 20 t is not a vibe. Access, reach, floor load, and what you are taking down — written, or you hired the wrong iron. RazeForce holds the fleet. This page does not pick the machine for a live job.
- Why this machine is written.
- Access and floor load are written or marked assumed.
- A photo of a machine is not a method.
Lesson 2 · 20 min
Hours and care due
Hours without a source are a story. Care due that lives in someone's head is how a hose fails on a school day. The day's plan names the machine and what is due before it starts.
- Hours have a source (meter, sheet, last job).
- Care due is on the plan or the machine stays parked.
Lesson 3 · 15 min
Idle is money
A machine on site that is not working is still costing fuel, operator, and hire. The plan says what it does this shift — or it should not be there.
- Each machine on the plan has a job this shift.
- Hire sitting idle is written as a cost, not a comfort.
Lesson 4 · 20 min
Attachment matches the face
A pulveriser on timber is theatre. A bucket on a slab you meant to process is a delay. Write the attachment next to the task. Seat time still belongs at a school — we do not issue that ticket.
- Task and attachment are written together.
- We do not pretend this site is operator training.
Lesson 5 · 15 min
Who is on the iron
A named person. A ticket where the law wants one. A stand-in who ‘knows the machine’ is not a name. RazeForce can hold the roster. The law where you work still issues the paper.
- Operator is named.
- Required ticket is named or work does not start.
Lesson 6 · 25 min
The plan is for today
A week programme is not today's plan. Weather, a hold, a late truck — write what happens this shift. AI on the day's plan is a service we set up with you. It does not invent the method and it does not design a charge or a cut.
- Today's tasks, machines, and holds are on one page.
- A hold (power, asbestos, neighbour) stops the plan — it does not get a workaround sentence.
