There is no single EU demolition licence. The member state, and often the municipality, owns the paper. C&D and waste shipment have Union-level ideas — still applied locally.
Paper people actually ask for
- National construction / demolition notification.
- Asbestos rules of that country.
- Waste destination and consignment as that country asks.
Named issuers
- The labour inspectorate / building authority of the member state.
- The municipality of the plot.
Not us
- We will not paste one country’s gazette as if it applied in another.
