Where it went, what was extra, what is still a hold. The folder is the handover. Not a recycling certificate we print.
Study notes. Not a certificate. Not a licence. Not NEBOSH, PESO, ISEE, or IDE. We never design the charge, spacing, or the cut. Site hours and statutory papers have no video substitute.

Dump, recycle, client-kept scrap — a destination with a rate. A photo of a pile leaving is not a destination.

If Course 04 was done, closeout is a print. If extras lived in chat, closeout is a claim. Same-day or you donated the work.

Holds that outlive the iron
A possible-asbestos room, a tank not gas-free, a neighbour complaint — still a hold at handover. You do not 'finish around it' and call the job closed.

- Who owns each hold after you leave is named.

Levels and the plot you sold
Graded, compacted, or as-left with a note. 'Looks flat' is not a level. DemTools can cite a shot. We do not invent the surveyor's stamp.

- Holes and tanks are on the plan or still open.

The pack a client can open
Isolations, extras, arisings, holds, photos. One folder. RazeForce held the day; DemDesk held the paper. If they have to call the estimator's phone, you did not close out.
