Course 03 — The number
Take-off, mix, haul, dump, scrap. Every figure cites its basis. DemTools measures. We do not invent a rate.
Study notes. Not a certificate. Not a licence. Not NEBOSH, PESO, ISEE, or IDE. We never design the charge, spacing, or the cut. Site hours and statutory papers have no video substitute.

Known vs assumed, again
Course 01 started here because every later fight is a missing source. Course 03 is the same rule on the take-off: drawing note vs you guessed the thickness.

Lesson 2 · 15 min
A photo is not a length
A phone picture without a scale or a cited instrument is a memory. DemTools is for a rough number with a basis. It is not a bill.
- Length, height, or pile has a cited measure.
- Pretty photos stay in the album until they have a number.
Lesson 3 · 20 min
Mix is not the dump
Timber, brick, concrete, steel — written fractions or you will pay mixed C&D. A photo of a pile is not a mix.

Lesson 4 · 20 min
Haul and dump have rates
Kilometres and a gate fee. If the rate is missing, the bid is a wish. We will not invent the facility's number.
- Haul km and dump rate are written or marked assumed.
- Blank dump lines do not leave the cabin.
Lesson 5 · 15 min
Scrap is a credit with a source
Steel you hope to sell is not money until a yard rate is cited. Client-kept scrap is written. A round number from last year is assumed.
- Scrap tonnes and rate have a source or are assumed.
- Client-kept metal is not in your credit.
Lesson 6 · 25 min
The bid is a file
The number lives with its workings. RazeForce can hold the quote. DemDesk holds the extras later. A spreadsheet on a laptop is not the job folder.
